April’s monthly Pride Society event is proudly sponsored and hosted by Planet Bee!
Join us at Planet Bee for fun for everyone!
This event will include…
- “Basically Bees” presentation: Topics covered includes species of bees, the lifecycle of the honey bee, and pollination. Kid-focused presentation. (20-30 minutes)
- Assisted honey tasting of 2 local varieties of honey.
- Weather dependent: guided viewing of the outdoor observatory hives and walk-through the bee-friendly garden.
- Includes 1 free honey stick for each child to take home.
- Adults (19+) in attendance can partake in complimentary honey wine tasting at the end of the event too.
Advance tickets are required through the Vernon Pride website due to limited capacity.
One parent or guardian must attend with each booking and remain with their child(ren) throughout the event.
