Our Mission
Vernon Pride Society is a not-for-profit organization that aims to foster peer support, education, community, visibility, and networking for and with the 2SLGBTQIA+ people of the Greater Vernon area.
Acknowledgements
Vernon Pride acknowledges that all our activities and events are held on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx peoples. We are grateful to the Syilx people, who have been honouring queer and trans people since time began.
We are also thankful to the queer and trans people of Vernon and their allies, all of whom paved the way to make the Vernon Pride Society possible.
